Deliveries
All deliveries must be addressed with a delivery note to assist with the smooth delivery of goods.
All items being delivered to the venue should be clearly marked and have the box label attached.
Deliveries should arrive no more then 3 days prior to the commencement of the Conference.
Courier companies should be instructed to pick up left over freight at the conclusion of the event.

The exhibition trestle tables will be set up in the Grand River Ballroom on the Convention Level (C Floor) of the Pan Pacific Hotel. When the floor plan is finalised, an updated version will be uploaded to this page with the location of trestle table set up.
