19 May - Close call for reviewers

26 May - Abstract review process & placement in draft program

18 June - Abstract notifications sent

30 June - Earlybird registrations close

1 September - All presenters to upload final presentations, no changes after this date

8 September - Conference App login details and Delegate Information emailed to all* delegates
